Recently, lawyers in Labor Department have held a conference on the Law of the People's Republic of China on Employment Contracts of 2008 (ab. Employment Contracts) implement and made the ardent discussion. In the conference, Lawyer Wang Mei with many years’ experiences in solving trouble between labor and management has explained as follows:
